Dashboard Confessional was formed in 1999 as an offshoot from lead singer Chris Carrabba's work with rock band Further Seems Forever. However, the "band" was only Carrabba until he made the rest of the group permanent members in 2002. Over the years, the band has released six albums, including an innovative unplugged release, and they've been gaining steam around the world for their overall talent.
